Cat Eye Makeup Made Simpleยฎ [VLOG]
I participated in this sponsored campaign on behalf of One2One Network. All opinions stated are my own.
After receiving positive feedback with the release of my first beauty vlog, I went to my Instagram to ask what other beauty tutorials you would like to see. I decided to help answer how to do eyeliner with a winged or “cat eye” look since it’s my current favorite everyday look.
First things first, make sure you start out with a perfectly clean face. I will admit, I am TERRIBLE about washing my face before bed. I never used to be until I started working until 10:00 at night. I find myself time and time again falling asleep with a full face of makeup. That’s why I’m loving these Simpleยฎ Skincare products, they work so quickly and effectively.
Now that you have a squeaky clean canvas to work with, check out my video tutorial on how I mastered the cat eye:
I’m glad to know that I’m not alone in my bad skincare habits. Nearly 9 in 10 (89%) women describe their skincare habits as โhealthy,โ yet their actual behaviors (a snapshot below) show there is room for improvement:
โข A Surprising Cleansing Calendar โ More than a quarter (27%) report that the longest theyโve gone without washing their face is at least two days. The Simpleยฎ regimen is a cinch with gentle yet effective facial cleansers and wipes to remove grime and dirt that can clog pores and cause irritation.
โข Being Attentive to the Elements โ Fifty-nine percent (59%) are not actively trying to protect skin
from environmental elements such as the sun or wind. Women can apply Simpleยฎ Protecting Light
Moisturizer with SPF 15 to help them prevent damage from sunburn (even on cloudy days).
โข A Serving of Glowing Skin โ Though half (50%) claim theyโre striving for a healthy diet
specifically to keep skin in good shape, thousands of women are missing out on certain foods that
could work wonders on skin, such as Brussels sprouts (68%), walnuts (62%), salmon (57%) and
avocados (56%).
โข The (Skin) Effects of Stress โ Sixty-three percent (63%) know that their stress level affects the
health of their skin, yet more than half (53%) are not actively trying to reduce it right now. Making
a dedicated effort to unplug and unwind can make skin less permeable to external factors like
weather and makeup.
โข The Beauty Benefits of Working Out โ One in two (50%) are unaware that exercise can
influence their skinโs health. Exercise increases blood flow and helps flush cellular debris out of
oneโs system โ contributing to the overall appearance of skin.

“installing” fake individual lashes – i suck at it! haha
Anything really! I'm very low maintenance with make up and stuff so I know very little when I actually want to try getting dolled up!
I would like to see a smokey eye tutorial. follow: bloglovin.com/elena1509
I'm a sucker for any tutorials for a neutral eye, brows, or lashes.
I would love a smoky eye one!
I am one of those people who go to bed with a face full of makeup because I am too lazy to go wash my face, and then I sometimes smudge day-old eyeliner for that “lived-in” smokey eye. *hangs head in shame*
Not sure if this counts, but I really want to learn how to do a messy bun. I'm not sure if you've already done that.
Oh man, me too! Might need to practice that before I try and tell people how to do it lol
Smoky eye, my favorite look (next to the cat eye that is).
Great idea, I'll keep that in my arsenal of beauty vlog ideas, thanks!
ME TOO. So glad to know I'm not alone ๐ I love working with my brows, that might just be my next video!
I would like an eyebrow fill in tutorial and a brighten the eyes look for those days when i do not get enough sleep!

Bronzer – how not to look fake ๐
Hi! I love tutorials! The next make-up tutorial I would like to see might be a Summer time eye look or a concealer & foundation application. Thank-you for this easy cat-eye lesson!!
I would like to see a smokey eye tutorial.
Bronzer or highlighting!!
I'd love to see a tutorial for fair skinned, sensitive skin – maybe how to find a foundation that doesn't make us look orange? Or how to utilize eyeshadow so we don't look like circus clowns? A blessing of fair skin is that eyeshadow always looks bold, but it can look TOO bold…
excited to see results – happy humpday
