My kind of toddler meal idea.
http://member.clevergirlscollective.com/track?u=10865&g=725It’s September, back to school. And for me, that means I’m back at my regular dance teaching schedule. What does this mean for my family? No Mommy at home to cook dinner 3 nights out of the week. And if your house is anything like mine, when Mom doesn’t cook, pizza is what’s usually on the menu.
My husband is in LOVE with pizza. He will soon turn into pizza with the amount of it that he consumes. I have scoured the internet for pizza-type recipes to give him what he loves and something a little different at the same time. I can’t have my poor Bean eating frozen pizza 3 nights a week, although I’m sure she would probably love it too.
Then I found this recipe. Duh! Why didn’t I think of that? So easy. And you can keep your picky eaters happy at the same time.
It took a grand total of about 15 minutes for them to be oven-ready. Look at those delicious mini pizzas waiting to get baked 🙂
After 10 minutes in the oven, here’s Bean’s cheese pizza ready to be devoured…
She likes it! It gets the picky eater stamp of approval 🙂 If you thought that recipe sounded easy (and it was), you should definitely check out Pillsbury’s recipe booklet.
